For iPhone's and Android's please download and use either the CarePro+ or SeTracker app to connect the Justice Cam Watch to a smartphone to make video calls to that smartphone that has the app installed on it. Is the Justice Cam Watch water proof?
Yes, it is water proof to level IP67.
How do you charge the battery?
The Justice Cam Watch has a built in battery and it comes with a USB charger so you can charge it just like you would a cell phone.
Can the Justice Cam watch work with my current cellular service provider?
The Justice Cam Watch has been tested and can work with either a AT&T, T-Mobile, or Speedtalk mobile SIM card that has a cellular data plan.
My Justice Cam Watch isn't making video phone calls. How do I fix this?
If you are using a speedtalk mobile SIM card that was included with your purchase then make sure you have watched our Youtube tutorial videos at this link: https://youtu.be/cTJ16aR78bo After you have first activated the SIM card make sure your smartwatch is fully charged and leave it turned on for about 24 hours and keep it in a safe location so that the smartwatch can be fully connected with the speedtalk mobile carrier network signal. After 24 hours turn the smartwatch off and on again and then try to make sure the smartwatch is properly paired with the Carepro+ app you installed on your personal iPhone or Android smartphone. If it is properly paired you should be able to push the "play a sound on device" button on the Carepro+ app and then a sound will play on the smartwatch. Next close the Carepro+ app and open it up again and you should be able to see a button on the Carepro+ app dashboard that says "video call" and then push this button and it will initiate a video call to the smartwatch.
